1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement. 
  • Unsatisfactory Services: In case our products do not meet your expectations or are unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for store credit. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible. 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at culturalplayco@gmail.com within the specified timeframe along with:

  • Order number
  • Details of the issue (photos in the case of damaged items)
  • Your contact information

3. Refund Process

  • Damaged or Defective Products: We will provide you with return instructions and cover return shipping costs.
  • Under other circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. Cultural Play Co. is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Please note, we will not bear responsibility for damages sustained during use of the product.
